Wedding Catering

When it comes to catamaran hire for weddings, Sydney Catamaran Cruises are renowned for our delicious catering. You are welcome to organise your own caterers or choose from the following options. When we cater for weddings, all crockery, cutlery, glassware and white tableclothes are included.

Wedding option 1: $60 .00 each

STARTERS:
prawn cocktails & oysters with fresh herbs & lemon 
a selection of cheeses, dips & pate.

MAIN:
Barbequed chicken pieces & slices, sliced leg ham with grain mustard, sliced roast turkey breast with cranberry sauce, sliced Roast beef with mustard, bbqued salmon cutlets & a white fish, fresh herb salad, potato salad, crusty bread & butter

DESSERT:
Fresh fruit salad with vanilla ice cream

COFFEE & TEA:
After dinner chocolates

DECORATIONS:
We charge $275.00 to decorate Cruise-Cat with 80 balloons supplied with 2 colours of your choice & ribbon

WHITE SEAT COVERS:
$5.00 per seat cover

GLASSWARE SUPPLIED:
Wine/champagne/water $5.00 per glass
($3.00 replacement charge for every glass broken)
