    Cancellation Policy

    When you give us your deposit, the catamaran is reserved for you. If another group requests the same date and time, they will be refused because we have it reserved for you. The deposit is non-refundable. If you then request we transfer your booking to another date and time, we will do our best to assist you depending on bookings but we cannot guarantee it will be possible. Full payment of the cruise is due 1 week before the cruise. If you change your mind or request another date and time, we will do our best to reschedule it for you at a mutually convenient time but it is not refundable. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, cruises will be rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding and thank you for choosing to cruise with Sydney Catamaran Cruises.
